Job Description:
The Program Manager position affords substantial potential for independence and professional growth, assisting in the development of a ground-breaking mechanism for the support of biomedical research. Working with the Science Office and Head of Program Development and Program Directors for Oncology, the PM provides: (i) input and background reseach to help identify new areas and participants, (ii) helps to define program goals, (iii) contributes to scientific and opertional program management, and (iv) facilitates investigator interactions within and between programs. Requirements PhD, MD, or MD/PhD in an oncology-related field w/ at least 5 years of lab or clinical research experience in an academic or pharmaceutical setting; experience in coordinating and managing research teams; and the ability to independently prioritize work flow, keen analytic ability and interpersonal skills, superior verbal and written communication, and the highest standard of integrity.
