Job Description:

Monitor costs during construction with all construction personnel involved so that all projects come in on or below budget. 2) Develop and implement field guidelines and procedures for project managers, builders, subcontractors, and vendors to follow that will produce projects within budget, on time and with good quality. 3) Establish procedures and provide direction to project managers for permitting of projects to meet Company Development Plan. 4) Advise Legal and Real Estate Departments on language and details required on real estate contracts when dealing with work performed by developers.5) Participate in the creation and implementation of all design changes, initiated by the Concept Committee or by internal process within Construction Department.6) Approve all site layouts and designs with project managers for all company units.Education/Experience:B.S. in civil or mechanical engineering or architectural degree. Must possess experience as a project manager and have general contracting background.
