Provides leadership for Counterforce IT group to include management of day-to-day staff member (individual contributors) activities. B.A./B.S. degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related discipline is required. Previous project management experience is needed. Technical expertise in IT field is needed. Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
