Job Description:
New York, NY We are currently looking for an Assistant Client Manager in our Fine Art, Jewelry and Specie Division in New York. Applicant will be expected to ensure the smooth running of the department from an administrative and client service standpoint. Primary responsibilities include servicing all aspects of the Fine Arts division including billing, binding, proposals, endorsements, issuing certificates reviewing policies, marketing and claims coordination. This position will deal one-on-one with clients on a daily basis. The Assistant Client Manager will also assist the Producer in completing steps to close renewals and win rounding opportunities. The position requires gathering information, identifying opportunities and accurate record keeping. In addition, occasionally the Assistant Client Manager will need to attend a number of meetings outside of the office including art openings/events which are sometimes after normal office hours. Skills/Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Art background or interest in Fine Art or Jewelry necessary. * 3+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience * New York State Property and Casualty Broker\'s License * Solid communication and organizational skills. * Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
