Job Description:

This candidate is a senior member of the laboratory department and acts as the highest technical interface with technical and non-technical users in determining the overall information systems approach. Reporting to the Vice President of Clinical Laboratories and in consultation with the Laboratory Executive Team and the Director of Applications & Laboratory Information Systems, the CTO identifies the long-term information needs of the organization. Develops the necessary supporting strategies - including systems development, hardware acquisition, in-sourcing/outsourcing requirements, and integration of all information systems.
