Job Description:
Responsible for identifying technology risks, and independently evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of information technology infrastructure and application controls, including security, that address risk priorities and control issues with global or regional significance. Develops and prepares reports to be presented to the Company's executive leadership team including the Board of Directors.Responsibilities: · Manage development of IT Internal Audit program at the company. This includes development of policies, performing IT control risk assessments, determining annual IT audit program plan, and managing staff and consulting resources on special projects.· Perform the IT planning, execution of walkthroughs, testing, and monitoring of the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance effort, including liaison with independent auditor on related matters.· Monitor developments in regulatory changes with the SEC and PCAOB and recommend changes in approach as appropriate. Evaluate efficient and effectiveness of approach including consideration of risk based benchmarking in the business software industry.· Implement and ensure all phases of audit work conform to ISACA's ITAF Professional Practices Framework for IT Assurance.· Lead and contribute to identifying and evaluating IT enterprise-wide risk areas while developing and promoting best practice methods, and practices for IT Internal Audit.Develop a flexible annual IT audit plan using an appropriate risk-based methodology.
