Job Description:
The Teller Supervisor directs the day to day operational activities of the teller area, directly supervises tellers, trains staff on operational issues, is knowledgeable of policies and procedures, makes judgment decisions and coaches for referrals. The Teller Supervisor, in coordination with the Bank Manager is responsible for the operational integrity of the retail office. Also, may be called on to oversee the office in the Bank Manager's absence. To qualify, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year Teller or Senior Teller experience in a banking environment. Previous experience as a supervisor or manager preferred.
