Judgement and Problem Solving Skills Experience Required Internal Transfer: 1 year experience as successful Customer Support Specialist I; or 2 years experience as a successful ULTRAFIS trainer, module installer or implementation project manager. New Hire: 5 years software support or ULTRAFIS application experience Education Required High School degree or equivalent. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities In addition to Customer Support Specialist Duties: 1. Scheduling of personnel (phones, shifts, vacation, etc.) 2. Collection, review and submission of personnel administrative paperwork: time records, expense reports 3. Communication and enforcement of policies, procedures, goals and performance strategies 4. Personnel performance planning and evaluations 5. Participation on company Project Teams, particularly those for Products in development 6. Review 1st level request to ensure properly documented requests are being elevated to next level.
