Supervisor Assist in the day-to-day supervision, training, coaching and developing of CLEAR Customer Service Attendants Accurately assess talent, write and deliver performance evaluations P romote teamwork by communicating and reinforcing high standards to achieve business goals Accurately comply with established operations procedures associated forms and paperwork Resolve conflicts objectivity and fairly when dealing with employees, customers, and airport/airline officials Provide excellent customer service for the Clear Program serving frequent travellers Responsible for a variety of face-to-face customer service tasks, from enrollment to membership verification to providing members with efficient and friendly service Participate in enrolling new clients into program membership by providing comprehensive solutions to a wide array of public inquiries
