Education 路 Bachelor抯 degree preferred. Prior Related Experience 路 Three plus years in a call center service environment preferably in managed healthcare. 路 Minimum of two years experience in a supervisory capacity. 路 Working knowledge of health plan administration and call center processes and technology included Call Management Systems and scheduling software. Employment Eligibility: 路 Candidate has not been sanctioned or excluded from participation in federal or state healthcare programs by a federal or state law enforcement, regulatory, or licensing agency. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 路 Demonstrated ability to meet department service levels (percentage answered, abandon rate) through effective staffing and scheduling. 路 Demonstrated ability to lead a group of Customer Care and Senior Representatives and support staff 路 Ability to identify and solve problems creatively and with flexibility 路 Ability to analyze information, recommend solutions and problem solve for staff and customers.
