Ensure maximum client satisfaction through interaction with clients and company business units. Ø Responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating program policies, procedures and standards for import and export customer services in Long Beach office and their appropriate recording and maintenance as SOP s Ø Work with other business units to insure 100% compliance of import and export regulations Ø Assist in the internal education of Import/Export Regulations Ø Analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs and creating solutions to simplify and expedite cargo flow within cost guidelines Ø Provide leadership to coordinate activities of regional offices in order to standardize customer service operations across the entire organization Ø Assign tasks and workload to departmental staffs Ø Assist in identifying needs for new training and business tools in order to improve customers satisfaction and organizational efficiency Ø Evaluate job performance and initiate/recommend hiring, disciplinary, termination and also award actions (job well done) to assigned personnel in line with Company and departmental policies Ø Keep Pride initiatives in focus and regularly monitor activity
