Job Description:
The Client Relationship Manager/Teller Supervisor position includes managing the day-to-day operations of the teller line, and supporting the retail banking associates in sales/service to clients and prospects. The teller supervisory duties will include direct management of all lobby and drive-up operations for this branch. A strong emphasis on providing exemplary service to our customers will be a high priority in this role. Other duties include the hiring and training of new employees, coaching and motivating the staff to work as an effective team, completing performance reviews, scheduling staff members and ensuring that procedures for operation security, safety and all compliance regulations are being adhered to. The position also supports the sales/service function, servicing the retail clientele by determining their banking needs and matching those needs to the products and services we offer; answering questions and inquiries, processing customer requests, researching and resolving problems, and developing and fostering solid banking relationships.
