Job Description:
Develop budget requirements, and maintain purchase orders and maintenance inventories.o Administer outside engineering vendor contracts.o Review, comply with, and enforce the company's Affirmative Action Plans for minorities, women, and persons with disabilities.o May at times be needed to serve as a Transportation Agent to facilitate transportation needs of guests (or supplies) in lieu of a dedicated Transportation Agent at the hotel, if applicable.o Perform additional duties as the need arises. Experience: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:o Considerable knowledge of engineering policies, procedures, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical and DDC energy management systems, license in one of areas.o High school graduate or equivalent.
