Establish strategic capital investment plans that drive the highest value and a competitive advantage. Leads and/or is a member of strategic teams developing initiatives within Operations and Marketing that significantly impact the company’s strategic business plans. An integral member of the Operations leadership responsible and accountable for establishing all technical strategies, resources, programs, and capital investment. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Engineering with a reporting relationship to the Operations Platform Vice President. This position works interdependently with peers who also report directly to the Vice President of Engineering. Reporting directly to this position are Engineering Senior Directors, Directors, and Managers.
