Job Description:
Experience in determining goals and objectives that need additional emphasis, using the best approach or solution for resolving budget shortages and plans for long-range work accomplishment and staffing needs, including cost/benefit analysis of in-house versus other outside sources (e.g., inter/intra-service support and competition under A-76 commercial activities program and other contracting methods) is needed. The experience described in your resume will be evaluated and screened for the Office of Personnel Management's basic qualifications requirements, and the skills needed to perform the duties of this position as described in this vacancy announcement. Your pay will be set within the range specified in this vacancy announcement and will be based on your qualification, education, experience, training, and availability of funds. NSPS positions are excluded from time-in-grade restrictions. Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at the next lower pay band or equivalent under the General Schedule (GS) or other pay systems.
