Develop and manage the process for evaluating and launching new consumer value propositions and business models in conjunction with BBY business teams, BBY Marketing team, strategic partners and BBY retail field insight. Lead business model development, integrate with technology trend mapping and identification of new physical product categories. Manage cross-functional matrix team approach to business modeling. Develop and manage a portfolio process to evaluate, prioritize initiatives and support funding requests. Leads and executes emerging/new product initiatives on behalf of team and in conjunction with adjacent teams as relelvant (e.g., BBY Mobile, Connected Digital Solutions).
