Job Description:

The candidate will coordinate the preparation and filing of periodic financial reports including Form 10-K and Form 10-Q and ensure such financial reports are prepared in accordance with GAAP and S-X requirements. Assist with the assessment, modeling, and implementation of new accounting standards. Coordinate with actuaries to assist corporate controller in managing the finance relationship. Work with M&A group on key accounting implications of business acquisitions and dispositions. Assist with the communication of significant accounting and reporting matters to the audit committee.
