Type vehicle lien releases.Pull and sign Oklahoma lien release forms.Prepare outgoing envelopes then insert correct forms and letters for each customer.Record paid information on Paid spreadsheet.Using the online filing system or county forms, release UCC's then record information in UCC spreadsheet.Assist and answer inquiries from internal/external customers.Provide backup for commercial paid person during sick time and vacations.Reviews imaged collateral files for released items, and notify Imaging of need maintenance.Assist in collateral file review by printing collateral documents for auditors to submit to Credit Analysts for loan applications coming due.
