Job Description:
Responsible for supervising the retail staff (FSAs, etc.), assigning the appropriate sales and activity goals to be completed daily/weekly. - Follow-up on daily/weekly activities and goal achievement, coach employees that need assistance and provide positive feedback regularly- Follows the proper service standards, which include the observation of emp while ensuring effective safekeeping.- Utilizes branch FTE in the most efficient way possible, which allows excellent service, relationship building with our clients and a pro-active use of time marketing outside of our branches. Ensures all activities, sales, operations and service are scheduled and communicated to all staff members. Supervisory Responsibilities:Directly supervises multiple employees in the Branch Retail Staff.
