Job Description:
POSITION PURPOSE Responsible for delivery of configuration solutions of Financial Modules of SAP (FICO). The individual must be able to support all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, configuration, testing, deployment of solutions, post-production support/maintenance, documentation, and end-user training. Possesses broad knowledge of SAP solutions and able to provide cross-functional area solutions. Able to research any given new areas in SAP core R/3 for a solution to meet business requirement. Able to work with other team members and designs a solution for functionality gap that cannot be delivered by standard SAP. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Support - Responsible to support FICO area of Timeshare division including SAP modules of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost center accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis for both Actual and plan data process. Minor enhancement - Responsible to perform analysis, design, configuration, deployment of enhancement in FICO area of Timeshare division including SAP modules of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Cost center accounting, Profit Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis for both Actual and plan data process.


Job Requirements:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* As a member of Corporate Information System (CIS) department, primary responsibility is to work with other colleagues to support ongoing configuration changes needed in SAP Financial.
* Willing and able to learn and support Client's SAP Financial system which consists of standard SAP functionality and also a few custom built applications within SAP.
* Analyze requirements, investigate all possible solutions, provide recommendation, and review with team members or business groups.
* Provide technical direction for specific process and sub-process areas or assigned tasks. * Estimate, configure, and leverage SAP functionality to meet business process needs.
* Responsible for timely delivery of systems solutions, configuration and business process results within a project or enhancement request.
* Responsible to formulate and perform business process mapping for a given assignment in the area of SAP FICO.
* Ensure consistency of SAP configuration across all business units.
* Work closely with the end-user security authorization administrator during development and implementation of end-user security objects.
* Communicate with colleagues, management and business unit(s) on requirements, problems, project status, risks and issues.
* Responsible for timely delivery of systems solutions and responses to users.
* Responsible for timely delivery and meeting goal of a given assignment/project.
*The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
* Expert knowledge and hands-on configuration of SAP FICO modules i.e. AP, AA, GL, CCA, PCA, and COPA
* Has hands-on experience with Balance Sheet reporting using Profit Center Accounting module.
* Expert knowledge on SAP foreign currencies functionality and tax functionality (Sales/Used tax, VAT tax, withholding tax, etc)
* Expert knowledge in developing SAP Report Writer, Report Painter, and Drilldown reporting.
* Knowledge on integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (i.e. MM and PS).
* Has worked at least with SAP version 4.7 and ECC 6.0
* Experienced in working with established implementation methodologies.
* Ability to develop functional specifications for development activities including interfaces, enhancements, reports and conversions.
* Knowledge & experience on Business process re-engineering, SAP Architecture/solution planning design.
* Minimum of FIVE years of experience in SAP hands-on configuration.
* Self-motivated individual with ability to work in a multi-tasking, changing environment.
* Exceptional analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills are required.
* Must possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in a production support environment.
* Must be able to multi-task in a dynamic environment, be pro-active, be flexible about organization's culture, be a team player and service oriented.
* Ability to work in a customer-oriented role to address end user issues
* Fluent in English and additional languages would be added advantage.
* 5% travel to Orlando , Florida PREFERRED BUT IT IS NOT REQUIRED:
* Hospitality industry Accounting/Finance knowledge
* Knowledge of SAP PS, IM, MM, and SD.
* Knowledge of ABAP and workflow
* Experience with SAP 4.7
