Oversee the financial analysis, investment appraisal, economic evaluation and risk analysis of projects, investments, technologies and M&A opportunities. Manage the building, operation and maintenance of complex Excel models to analyze, value and price potential project-level and corporate-level investments. Help developers prepare PPA bid packages. Help originate and evaluate merchant hedge structures. Develop and maintain relationships with project finance banks, tax equity investors, hedge counterparties, market consultants, law firms and other key project finance participants. Prepare information memoranda to help potential lenders and investors evaluate project financings and investment opportunities.
