Job Description:
Customer Service Organization in managing the budget, forecasting, financial planning/analysis and modeling associated with headcount, operating expenses, capital projects, capital expenses, general/administrative accounts, and outsource call centers. You will act as a liaison between data points and budget owners to keep finances and headcount in line with business changes, prepare analysis and presentations to management, act as a central point of contact for all financial and headcount issues for the call centers and functional departments, prepare reports and maintain the integrity of information communicated within the Customer Service organization.
