Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients. Develop and provide performance feedback to audit staff. Research accounting and audit issues. Contribute ideas and opinions in a dynamic team environment. Work with partners and engagement executives in developing audit approach. Little or no travel is required. Requirements: The successful candidate must have: Between 2 to 5 years of auditing experience with a local, regional or national CPA firm. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting with sufficient course work to complete the CPA certification upon passing the examination.
