Responsibilities include: Create and edit marketing communications content for web and collateral projects under Direct Energy Business guidelines. Develop sales and marketing collateral and tools content that communicates a consistent message about Direct Energy Business across all audiences, products and market regions that is aligned with the needs of the Marketing Managers, Product Management, Customer Relations, Government Relations and Sales Departments. Write copy and manage design of finished communication pieces including obtaining necessary legal and regulatory internal approvals. Act as Editor of the Direct Energy Business customer newsletter, interface with appropriate departments to develop content for this monthly online newsletter. Analyze feedback from Sales on what they need to successfully communicate our message to customers, i.e. surveys and/or focus groups of Sales people. Perform audits of our current communication initiatives to determine effectiveness. Create and manage customer case studies, references, testimonials and lists for use across various marketing initiatives.. Required Experience The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS in English, Business Administration, Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and related business experience. Five or more years of experience, preferably with an agency or corporate marketing organization.
