Job Description:
Partner with internal and external partners to expand these ideas into multi-channel tactics.7. Work closely with internal and external groups to help drive communication integration into online media.8. Prepare presentations to internal and vendor partners as required.9. Manage and maintain advertising budget 10. Partner with media group to help define communication strategies and ensure proper execution of communication plans11. Work closely with planning group to ensure promotional offers are compelling/accurate, and work closely with agency to develop promotional executions 12. Direct outside agency resources as they develop work. Keep projects on time and on budget.13. Work closely with Field Marketing to determine local implementation of program elements.14. Prepare post evaluation of programs against in-going objectives and make recommendations for future planning.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Education/Training - BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or AdvertisingExperience - 5+ years experience in a retail marketing group, promotion or advertising Role specific abilities/skills - * Creative thinker, enthusiastic, organized, detail oriented * Able to manage a creative process, multi-task, * Collaborative and able to work closely and confidently with outside agencies and vendors* Understands business marketing objectives and can translate those into big creative ideas* Understands the emerging media space and is experienced in current advertising, content and media trends and opportunities* Confident presenter- able to build presentations and can sell ideas within an organization* Able to hand off fully developed ideas for execution by other teams, if required
