Advise clients of expert knowledge during fraud investigations in order to assist them in legal defense or recoveries. 2. Supervise staff consultants during ongoing financial advisory and dispute resolution cases. 3. Provide responsible client/principal review of each client\'s project status and any retention problems. 4. Accurately conducts financial and accounting analyses for follow up review by the audit committee. 5. Engage proper financial analysis methodology and cases management for appropriate engagement execution. 6. Initiate direction for engagement administration and staff to perform necessary functions. This includes knowledge of leadership feedback and review procedures to focus on engagement realization. 7. Intuitively anticipate client issues and problems with comprehensive resolution. 8. Coordinate multiple engagements simultaneously. 9. Possess high level of motivation and the ability to motivate others. Business Development Functions: Demonstrates the ability to effectively create expert presentations; deliver comprehensive and accurate proposals; develop and cultivate a contact base; represent the firm in assigned professional and civic functions.
