Develop, implement and measure sales strategies and marketing plans to attain sales, product penetration and profitability goals. Recruit, train, coach and develop employees including hiring and retaining strong talent, providing ongoing performance coaching and feedback and partnering with employees to create targeted development plans. Manage client assignments to ensure proper client allocation to meet objectives of sales and customer retention goals. Responsible for district financials to include cost control and budget management, expense ratios and profit objectives, sales forecasts and losses etc. Work in partnership with other district and business unit management team members and departments to ensure goals of territory are met. Actively contribute as part of the AE management team to help develop and implement various process improvement-, employee development- and other initiatives. Travel Required: 50-75% QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ years of demonstrated success in Sales and/or Account Management with 2+ years in a Sales or Account Management Leadership position preferred Highly independent decision making and accountability for execution of business objectives for all areas of responsibility required Position involves extensive contact with persons inside and outside Ceridian at multiple levels of management and in different areas of each organization. Matters discussed require a high degree of resourcefulness, tact, and a thorough understanding of clients ?? needs, product capabilities and internal policies and procedures.
