Job Description:
Duties Include: Manage and review strategic account initiatives to ensure strong plans are in place to retain revenue and grow profitability of accounts. Develop, implement and measure sales strategies and marketing plans to attain sales, product penetration and profitability goals. Recruit, train, coach and develop employees including hiring and retaining strong talent, providing ongoing performance coaching and feedback and partnering with employees to create targeted development plans. Manage client assignments to ensure proper client allocation to meet objectives of sales and customer retention goals. Responsible for district financials to include cost control and budget management, expense ratios and profit objectives, sales forecasts and losses etc. Work in partnership with other district and business unit management team members and departments to ensure goals of territory are met. Actively contribute as part of the AE management team to help develop and implement various process improvement-, employee development- and other initiatives.
