Responsible for developing and maintaining a relationship with customers and brokers which includes regular and effective communication as well as resolution of any portfolio specific issues. Profitably grow and maintain an assigned book of business Responsible for development of new business Develop and execute on marketing plan for assigned territory/producers Complete underwriting reviews on new and renewal business Stay up to date on industry happenings and disseminate knowledge as necessary Investigate questionable risk alerts from claims Address unique problems, focus on major underwriting initiatives Develop and maintain a relationship with your customers and brokers which includes regular and effective communication Profitably grow and maintain an assigned book of business, paying particular attention to loss ratio and profile of business written. Develop new business opportunities Complete underwriting reviews on new and renewal business and disseminate knowledge as necessary Accomplish pricing initiatives as developed by management Sound understanding of Insurance Company and Broker Policy forms Assist in the timely issuance of binders and policies as well as the timely collection of premium.
