Job Description:
Able to apply sound professional judgment on details of work.May perform office or field duties such as the following.Assemble and prepare monthly financial reports and other technical reports as needed.Assist in the development and installation of difficult systemsAssist in maintaining the general ledger and subsidiary systems.Assist in the management and control of accounting data systems.Maintain good communication with engineers, accountants, purchasing personnel and various administrative staff, as well as clients, vendors and subcontractors.Prepare long-term cash forecasts.Review and sign vouchers for accounts payable and/or maintain accounts receivable.Work is reviewed for adequacy in meeting objectives.Specific Basic Qualifications:3-5 years of financial analysis and/or accounting.Bachelors\' degree preferred and can be a substitute for up to 2 years of experience.Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.Established ability to create, use, and share Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs, and other reporting tools.
