Responsibilities: - Develop creative and media strategies that produce successful campaigns. - Ensure that circular program stays within budget and achieves required acquisition goals. - Maintain flawless execution of all aspects of the weekly circular program. - Manage the relationship with creative agencies and coordinate media buys. - Increase co-op partner participation. - Analyze campaign results to determine the best way to increase response rates. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen creative to support the brand message. Report to: The Director of Marketing. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field is required. - 7+ years of experience in Marketing or Advertising. - A background working with newspaper circulars is preferred. - Skilled in creative development and agency management. - Strong leadership skills, must be self motivated and able to work independently. - Must excel in a fast paced environment with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - A team player with excellent communications skills.
