Responsibilities: - Leading product marketing for a new web destination that will become the hub for firm's online services targeting small businesses. - Playing a key leadership role in building a new online channel for acquiring "new to the franchise" small businesses. - Leading marketing strategy to drive optimal business results, including customer segmentation, product positioning, messaging, retention and cross and up sell for multiple services. - Playing a key leadership role in business planning, including annual forecasting/budgeting and strategic planning. - Recruiting and developing strong teams that work cross functionally to delight customer and drive growth. Requirements: - A BS/BA degree required; an MBA degree preferred. - 10+ years of marketing experience. - Leadership experience in a strategic growth business with high potential impact or complexity. - Prior consumer marketing experience in a pure play internet company. - Track record of leading teams in the development of marketing strategies and plans for technology products and services designed for consumers or small businesses. - Strong analytic skills. - Drive to produce results. - Demonstrated ability to work in a start-up like fast paced environment.
