Responsibilities: Work directly with the business unit marketing and product development teams to create a research plan, design and execute research, effectively select and manage external suppliers ensuring that they clearly understand/deliver on expectations in a timely and cost effective manner, and report out findings and implications. Requirements: 8+ years of solid market research, preferably with at least some client side experience. Must have experience with both qualitative and quantitative research techniques, knowledge of statistical techniques, strong written and oral communications skills and strong project management skills. Passion for understanding the customer and their needs. Must be able to proactively suggest needed research, prioritize projects against business's strategic objectives. Able to synthesize information from a variety of studies, up-level insights from data analysis to strategic implications and proactively present the customer's needs across different levels of the organization.
