Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Being a part of the Marketing Insights and Analysis team, this role will provide a variety of advanced and strategic analytics, such as User Behavioral Targeting, Internet Marketing/Advertising optimization. - Position will be a combination of leadership and individual contribution, thereby utilizing a broad set of skills including complex data manipulation, problem solving, project management, and communication. Lead global marketing analytics functions, and coordinate resources and deliverables with BU, IT teams and the China Analytics Center. - Analysis will generally be project based and complex in nature, whereby large volumes of data are synthesized into actionable recommendations. Requirements: - A BA/BS degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, or other related field. A Master's or MBA degree preferred. - 8 years of experience in managing highly quantitative and analytical projects, internet or finance companies preferred. - Must show ability for executive-level consultations. This requires demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and interpersonal interaction that refine the marketing business plans. - Ability to manage cross functional projects working with different business units (including International teams), Information Management, and Finance. - The candidate must also excel in strategic planning, project management, business analysis, problem solving, recommendation, consensus building, and people development.
