Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Lead sales & marketing services support activities to achieve customer brand category strategies. - Coordinate customer brand bidding process including cross-category process steps, inclusive of market analytics, pricing, financial, and legal POV. - Coordinate sales transition process, including new or obsolete items, product changes and pricing changes. - Develop and monitor all trade management activities. - Monitor, adjust and communicate execution of the customer brands trade strategies. - Proactively identify and seek accounts to improve execution against the strategies. - Recommend portfolio, put-up and pricing changes to marketing to optimize value to company. Requirements: - A BA degree is required. - An MA degree is preferred. - 5+ years of experience preferably in the Consumer Package Goods (CPG) industry with a sales, finance or marketing background. - Knowledge of retail goes to market strategies, strong communication skills. - Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking and team work skills.
