Job Description:
Responsibilities: - This person will research, create, implement and manage group SEO/SEM campaigns with Google, Yahoo!, MSN. They will need to conduct research to aid in identify proper landing pages; research/develop keywords, and create ad copy. In the beginning they will work with the Manager of Search & Discovery Strategies to learn strategies and techniques to identify pages and provide recommendations and launch programs but as they progress they will be able to take on these tasks solely. - Responsible for collecting and maintaining campaign data and adjust accordingly utilizing tracking and analytics solutions. With the Manager of Search & Discovery Strategies they will analyze that data to deliver maximum return on ad spend. - Establish Keywords for both organic and paid search and master the tools to monitor and adjust those on an ongoing basis. Based on their research they will provide content enhancement suggestions and information on competitors online of line practices. - Work on the advancement of the best drivers for audience development within groups to achieve short and long-term performance goals, including natural and paid search, and viral marketing. This can be related to analysis through Wordtracker and industry reports in order to advise on new pages and products based on audience needs and trends. - Manage day-to-day relationship with groups and keep abreast of latest industry products, services, information and trends.
