Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Manage the Single UPS product lines to meet the business unit revenue and margin objectives. - Product Management of existing products in the Americas: Set Pricing, monitors Standard Profit and Operational Profit. - Product Marketing: Defines value proposition and provides contents to build sales tools. - Defines next generation offering: Customer needs, Marketing Specifications, Expected pricing and profit. - New product launches: Responsible for the introduction of new products. Management of phase-out/phase-in process. - Develop and implement product roadmap to support business unit strategic plans. - Identify areas of opportunity and/or weaknesses and develop appropriate response plans. - Recruit, manage, and effectively coach the product management team. - Develop marketing plans to exploit competitors' channel or product weaknesses to meet growth objectives. - Manage monthly and annual budget expenses. - Maintain relationship with key customers and sales channels. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering is preferred; an MBA degree is preferred. - Must have proven experience in managing people and building teams. - Demonstrated experience in developing business strategy, planning & budgeting. - Prior experience in developing product roadmaps, positioning strategy, price management, value proposition development and launching new products. - Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, suppl
