Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Will be responsible for developing new military customer relationships and managing customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and expanding business development to new areas. - A minimum of 90% of work time will be spent engaging in outside sales activities in the South such as establishing and developing new client relationships in order to gain market share. - Will work with minimal supervision and manage all aspects of the selling effort to meet goals and identify new sales opportunities. - Will monitor and track competitive activity to identify and forecast new market opportunities. - Will develop and effectively communicate a solid understanding of firm's capabilities and company strategy and general industry knowledge. Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Marketing - 10 years of experience in sales of engineering, A/E consulting, construction, or government services. - Prior sales experience to military customers in the Southeast United States. - Requires excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with clients at all levels. - Must be able to organize, prepare, and deliver successful proposals to military customers. - Requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet multiple deadlines, make decisions independently, be detail orientated. - Must be highly motivated with a winning attitude. - Strong working knowledge of MS Office
