Job Description:
Responsibilities: Develop and plan renewal and acquisition marketing initiatives and strategies for the Members Program that grow the membership and are aligned with company membership objectives. Develop ideas that add value and either help penetrate new markets, improve response rates among existing target markets, save money or increase efficiency. Manage launch of new programs including setting up instructions, establishing processes and timelines, developing marketing testing. In addition, plan and develop rollout strategies as warranted. Manage key program efforts including national publication mailings. Evaluates market segments, potential upgrade opportunities, market planning and offer development and execution. Develop metric and feedback processes for measuring the effectiveness of program initiatives, determine/calculate ROI and lifetime value. Develop supporting budget materials and business cases for marketing initiatives. Support fulfillment processing. Assist in program analysis for benefit and premium research. Assist in the management of complimentary membership initiatives. Requirements: An Undergraduate degree with emphasis in marketing is required. 3 years of experience, preferably in a marketing/sports marketing position. Experience with marketing in a membership or subscription organization. Experience with internet marketing. Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and work independently.
