Job Description:
Responsibilities: Work closely with the Corporate Director of Marketing and the property's Director of Sales & Marketing for the Water Resort division of company. Managing a wide scope of projects with an emphasis on company branding, messaging and interactive communications. Will work with the Corporate Director of Marketing to establish and implement a cohesive brand identity program that reinforces corporate strategy and establishes a strong visual identity across the portfolio. Will develop the brand standards and grand opening toolkit while playing a key part in the direction of the brand. Will also work on new project initiatives to lead innovation throughout the portfolio. Will serve as a key contact at the corporate level working with the portfolio to reinforce brand creative. Will work with creative updating through the entire media mix including all internal marketing efforts, promotions and local marketing. Will manage the organizations online marketing initiatives. Overseeing e-commerce efforts, intranet development, database management, analytics and tracking. Will be a resource for the portfolio to provide tracking, ROI, trends and research. Some administrative tasks may include monthly property reports, and quarterly brand reports. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree, preferable in Marketing or Communications is required. 3 years of experience in marketing, communication and graphic design. Project management experience a plus.
