Responsibilities: - Coordinate execution of all marketing and communications campaigns, promotions and programs for the Fresno system footprint. - Organize, coordinate and staff marketing events throughout the Fresno system footprint. - Communicate such programs to key system personnel to ensure proper implementation and execution. - Assist in the execution of on air promotion via effective cross channel advertising placement. - Assist in the tracking and analysis of system marketing activities, including campaign, On Demand and PPV performance. - Develop and maintain various marketing databases. - Other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Report to: Marketing Manager. Requirements: - A BA, BS degree or equivalent is preferred. - 1-2 years of experience are required in marketing or sales. - Experience planning and managing projects or marketing/sales campaigns and events. - Cable and/or telecommunications experience a plus. - Fluency in Spanish (Written & Spoken) is preferred. - Strong strategic thinking, communication, and analytical skills. - Customer service/team player orientation. - Customer segmentation/database marketing understanding.
