Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Manage small, medium and large-scale primary research projects. - Work independently and on teams with other marketing research analysts. - Define the management decision problems and select the research approach that most appropriately solicits the information needed to facilitate intelligent business decisions. - Design questionnaires, design samples, monitor data collection, analyze data, report findings. - Consult with business partners to help them make enhanced decisions based on industry and research knowledge. - Perform other tasks as needed to support Marketing Research objectives. Requirements: - A B.A./B.S. degree is required, preferably with a research-oriented liberal arts or business major. - An MBA degree with emphasis in Marketing Research highly preferred. - 2 years of marketing research experience in a marketing research firm or client organization. - Experience in selecting and managing research vendors. - Experience with independently developing implications and recommendations and applying research findings to address business problems. - Experience with statistical analysis SPSS software; highly proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. - Ability to develop research questions that will solicit the information needed to make business decisions. - Ability to design and manage research projects. - Knowledge and use of statistics. - Knowledge of questionnaire design, sampling design and experimental design. - Solid
