Job Description:
Responsibilities: Work with the Strategy, Channel Management, Sales, and Research teams to implement and track strategic marketing initiatives to effectively manage Direct Energy Business' marketing presence in specific regions or market segments in order to grow sales, optimize profitability and improve customer satisfaction. Responsible for tactical implementation of strategic marketing initiatives identified by Marketing leadership. Responsible for regularly interacting with sales leadership and BDM's to understand sales needs and to implement effective marketing initiatives to meet those needs. Responsible for regular customer interaction via sales teams to understand the voice of the customer and recommend customer driven marketing initiatives. Developing and executing marketing/marketing communications plans for a specific region, market or vertical. Proactively create marketing initiative action registers, project plans, and implementation time lines. Work closely with the Marketing Communications primes to implement marketing initiatives in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner. Planning, management and analysis of marketing campaigns or lead generation programs that will drive sales effectiveness. Assisting in the implementation of customer message management program to identify and institutionalize effective customer messaging focused on the highest opportunity segments/verticals.
