Job Description:
Responsibilities: Develop online promotional concepts for Ad Sales, at times in collaboration with company Kids and Family Integrated Marketing Group (Nick.com, Nickelodeon TV, The N, Neopets, etc.). Write proposals that concisely illustrate the strategy, advantages, and breadth and depth of the promotional programs. Present marketing proposals to Ad Sales, clients. Balance client goals and requests with Shockwave.com and AddictingGames.com brand requirements and content. Act as a liaison between Ad Sales and Production, Legal, and Standards and Practices (where applicable). Identify best candidates for case studies and develop case studies in collaboration with Research and at times Company Kids and Family Marketing teams. Organize, maintain and archive proposals, Ad Sales materials, client programs, and case studies. Support other programs and projects as needed (internal newsletters, promotional elements, etc.). Manage the execution and launch of the promotional program, acting as primary client contact during production and working with production team (internal and external). Develop and maintain production schedules and assets. Manage approval processes, both internal and external (Client). Manage start and end dates of promotional programs. As necessary, provide post campaign reports. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is required. 3-5 years of online advertising/marketing and project management experience.
