Job Description:
Responsibilities: Partner with campaign and site managers to understand their business needs/goals and develop measurement plans to a) measure core KPI's, and b) optimize the site/campaign to drive better results. Create custom scorecards to measure and drive better marketing results. Lead the measurement and optimization activities for your stakeholders utilizing best practices from the full range of the web analytics discipline, including online media analytics, site analytics, search analytics and web 2.0 analytics. Lead web analytics initiatives that bring together various marketing groups around best practices and shared learnings including multivariate testing (ie, A/B split testing) to drive site optimization. Analyzing behavioral and attitudinal data and leveraging that data to better understand and improve customer engagement with firm sites and campaigns. Designing and evolving digital marketing taxonomies and standards to help drive marketing consistency and common definitions for success for digital marketing at firm. Requirements: An MBA degree preferred. 5 years of experience in web marketing and/or business analysis. 2 years of experience with advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation, testing, behavioral analysis, surveys and market research.
