Responsibilities: - Creation and management of new products, tools and services that will deliver value to Cardmembers and increase online shopping spend. - Integrating new online shopping and payment products, services and benefits into existing channels for Cardmember use and awareness. - Align new products with the overall spend strategy, design target and drivers of customer value. - Develop business requirements and project plans to bring new products to market. - Successfully partner with organizations throughout the business to deliver new products. - Understand online shoppers and the drivers for choice of payment. - Competitive analysis and ongoing knowledge of the industry and emerging trends in the online payments space. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience successfully partnering with cross functional teams throughout large organizations is preferred. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities as well as thrive in a dynamic, flexible and rapidly changing environment. - Excellent project management skills along with a strong ability to drive results. - Innovative, strategic thinker with the ability to identify and implement creative solutions. - Exceptional relationship, influence management and communication skills. - Strong track record in influencing and collaborating skills with cross functional teams and driving results across large organizations. - Willingness to have fun and enjoy partnering with a dynamic team to bring innovati
