Responsibilities: - Strategic planning and development of all marketing programs for the West and South West regions. - Project management and execution of various channel marketing campaigns working with internal and external creative resources as well as company Medicare's Regional Sales Teams Significant interface with Regional Sales VP and GM. - Budget planning and oversight. - Client service responsibilities including face to face meetings, daily follow up, and status updates with Regional Sales teams and internal creative resources. - Collaboration with telesales, marketing communications, business development and operations to insure the successful end-to-end execution of all campaigns. - Influence on creative development and execution processes. - Consults with key influencers (internally and externally) to define scope of campaigns. - Assists the Head of Marketing Strategy and Development with other key National marketing programs. Report to: The Head of Marketing Strategy and Development. Requirements: - 5 years of project management experience in a marketing or communications environment. - Advertising Agency experience a plus. - Ability to create strategic plans for a wide variety of channels of distribution. - Experience working in a consumer-directed marketing organization. - Proven track record in managing client expectations, project timelines, and budgets. - Prior positions that demonstrate an ability to lead in a team environment, and pr
