Responsibilities: - Work with service line leadership to develop new marketing initiatives. - Create geographical marketing plans with each office leader. - Keep FLVS web site content fresh, updated and accurate. - Review production of materials to for readability and ensure consistency and appropriateness. - Project Manage logistics for client seminars, speaking engagements, special events, panel participation and other ad hoc marketing efforts. - Prepare and manage annual marketing budget(s). - Report quarterly on budget status, make adjustments for market conditions. - Communicate to national FLVS team on projects and initiatives. - Manage outside PR firm. - Evaluate FLVS participation in sponsorships and community programs. - Launch new professionals. - Working with leaders to develop and implement FLVS advertising program. - Work with outside creative on FLVS marketing/advertising initiatives. - Develop and maintain database of CLE presentations. - Work with company delivery professionals to develop "thought leadership" initiatives. - Maintain and obtain company software licenses. - Use company CRM system for mailings, eblasts and event tracking. - Publish marketing calendar. Requirements: - A College degree is required. - 3 years of marketing experience preferably in a professional services organization or PR/advertising agency. - Experience working with legal industry a plus. - Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and oral) and orga
