Responsibilities: - Dramatically increase volumes of lifetime profitable new subscribers. - New channel development. - Setting testing agendas for all new business sources. - Manage the creative process with internal promotion and external designers. - Implement marketing programs including operational set-up. - Prepare reports and track response, including forecasts, for marketing campaigns. - Manage one direct report. Requirements: - A BA degree is required. - 2 years of professional experience. - Acquisition and/or direct mail a plus. - Strong Microsoft Excel. - Excellent written and spreadsheet presentations skills. - Excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities. - Superior organization skills with keen attention to detail. - Must be able to set priorities. - A multi-tasker who can manage numerous projects while maintaining daily deadlines. - Self-starter able to work independently and to take ownership over projects. - Strong creative instincts. - Ability to develop new ideas/approaches and to overcome obstacles with innovative solutions. - Team player who can work as part of a highly integrated organization. - Must be able to work with multiple departments and people of all levels. - Will be highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and drive results in a dynamic changing environment.
