Job Description:
Responsibilities: - Manage general correspondence, telephone calls, projects and administrative support for foodservice sales and marketing. - Weekly produce and distribute weekly schedules and reports to Sales & Marketing staff. - Monthly Update and distribute foodservice distributor price lists, monthly sales analysis, and leads. - Responsible for meeting notices, agenda and distribution of minutes. Requirements: - A High school degree or GED equivalent is required. - Demonstrate a proficient typing ability. - Competent use of Microsoft office, including Word Excel, Power Point, Publisher, Outlook and the Internet. - Effective communication skills; able to clearly and cordially communicate on the telephone. - Demonstrate good organizational skills, self starting, and with good time management skills. - Ability to operate standard office equipment; computer, fax machine, typewriter, printer, scanner, calculator.
